Please fill out the form if you plan on attending our annual Christmas party. The Christmas party will be held at Union’s Grant Center on the evening of December 8th @ 5:30pm. There will be a performance by a musician Matt Hammitt (the former lead singer for Sanctus Real).

There is a per-person cost for food that we have to pay beforehand, so in effort for us to be good stewards, we ask that you be certain of your choice before submitting this form.
